To reach these goals we use self created software for the Enterprise recourse planning. This software is maximized to our needs. One organization feature is to break down the entire process in primary and secondary tasks and plan enough capacity on each level.

Sometimes we only get 12h from the release order to the shipping. So the entire organization has to be optimized to reach that goal. We work 24h a day and 6 days a week.

We have a very modern management style and a very good and effective communication on every management level. Most of our Managers start their career in our company and know exactly what they are doing.
