At the start of the new training year, the Stecher Group welcomes its new trainees at our headquarter in Krumbach.

In his speech, CEO Günter Stecher emphasized how important training is for the future of the company and the industry:

“You have chosen a path that not only opens up career prospects, but also involves personal development, team spirit and responsibility. At Stecher, we focus on quality, curiosity and the courage to shape things. Their ideas and energy are a valuable contribution to our common future.”

This year, five young talents are starting their training in the industrial and commercial sectors:

  • Vincent – Industrial mechanic
  • Nick – Mechatronics engineer
  • Danijel and Necati Emin – Cutting machine operators
  • Elenia – Industrial clerk

The apprenticeship lasts 3 to 3.5 years and offers exciting insights into modern production techniques, practical learning and individual support. In addition to traditional training, the focus is also on digitalization, teamwork and personal development.

“We are delighted that you are part of our team,” said Stecher. “Not only is our team growing with you, but also our future.”
