Production employees receive high-quality training as skilled metalworkers in our own, very well-equipped training workshop, which then forms the basis for our production. In every area of the company, from order taking to shipping, it is important to continuously grow our “know-how”. In our view, this is the only way to ensure sustained positive corporate development.

Within the last decade we have developed from a small metal processor to a modern medium-sized company with more than 190 employees. Stecher will continue to grow strongly in the coming years and acquire further important “know-how”.
